Santa Pola is an authentic Spanish seaside town on the Costa Blanca, just 20 km south of Alicante. It is famous for the region's largest fishing port – fish and seafood arrive fresher than anywhere else, straight from the daily auction. The historic centre is dominated by a 16th-century Renaissance fortress, now a museum.
The town is lined with over 11 km of Blue Flag sandy beaches, and a regular ferry sails from the harbour to the island of Tabarca – Spain's only inhabited marine reserve. Right behind the town stretches the salt-lagoon natural park, home to pink flamingos all year round.
Thanks to a microclimate with over 300 sunny days a year, Santa Pola is a great choice from spring to late autumn – and even in winter, temperatures rarely drop below 15 °C.
The Costa Blanca is a perfect base for day trips – everything below fits comfortably into half a day or a day.

Alicante-Elche airport (ALC) is only a 15-minute drive from the apartment. Dozens of airlines fly here directly year-round, including Ryanair aj Wizz Air – from most of Europe the flight takes 2–3 hours.

Trusted rental companies are right in the arrivals hall: Goldcar, Record Go, Centauro, Europcar, Sixt, Hertz, Avis a Enterprise. Off-season prices start from about €10 a day. We recommend booking online in advance.

Taxis and transfers run from the airport (about €30–40) and there is a regular bus to Santa Pola. In town, our 2 electric scooters are all you need – free for guests.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly forbidden throughout the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony with the door closed.
The apartment is pet-free – stays with dogs, cats or other animals are unfortunately not possible.
Only people listed in the booking may stay overnight. Bringing additional or outside persons is not allowed.
Overnight visitors are not allowed, nor is bringing outside persons into the apartment, including paid companions.
Celebrations, parties and loud events are forbidden. The apartment is meant for quiet family holidays.
During quiet hours, please keep music and voices down, especially on the balcony and in the residence's common areas.
Please respect the common areas, pools and residence rules. This is a residential complex where other people live.
Please treat the furnishings with care. Report any damage to the owner – it is settled from the refundable deposit.
Breaking the rules (especially smoking indoors, unregistered persons or disturbing quiet hours) may lead to termination of the stay with no refund and loss of the deposit. Thank you for your understanding and respect – we truly appreciate it.
